Sound familiar?

You want the real thing. Not the wellness version.

You own a Sri Yantra, but no one told you what to do with it.

You grew up hearing the Gayatri and never learnt it properly.

Every chakra chart you find disagrees with the last one.

You want a daily practice that actually sticks.

Yantra, mantra and the subtle body are the three pillars of the tantric tradition. This bundle gives you one honest, practical book on each.

Three books, three pillars

See it. Sound it. Feel it.

The Sri Yantra trains the eye, the Gayatri trains the voice and the chakras train awareness. Together they make a complete foundation.

This is Practice 9 from The Sri Yantra Handbook, a short practice for returning to stillness anytime.

Practice 09  ·  Meditation

Resting in the Bindu

Purpose: A short, powerful practice for returning to stillness anytime.
Best time: Before sleep, after a stressful meeting, during a break. 5 to 10 minutes.
You will need: Nothing; or a small Sri Yantra image on your phone or desk.

1. Glance at the bindu of a yantra, or picture a single point of soft golden light.
2. Close your eyes. Place that point at your heart centre.
3. Breathe in and silently hear “So”. Breathe out and silently hear “Ham”.
4. With each breath, let the point become more still and more luminous.
5. Let thoughts and sounds circle around the point like the outer enclosures, without disturbing it.
6. Rest in the stillness, then open your eyes.

The mantra

सोऽहम्

So’ham

“I am That.” The bindu has no size, no shape, no direction: the image of pure awareness before it becomes anything.

That is one of 36 practices. The rest are waiting inside, for the eye, the voice and the inner map.

Questions

Before you begin

Will these practices change my life?

The books make no promises of wealth, healing or powers. What the practices offer is steadier attention, calmer mornings and a doorway into some of the world’s great contemplative traditions.

Do I need a guru or initiation (diksha)?

No. Every practice in the book is a household ritual traditionally open to sincere beginners. Practices that require initiation, or that aim to control or harm anyone, are deliberately left out.

Which book should I start with?

Many people begin with the Gayatri, since it builds a daily habit, then add the Sri Yantra, then the chakra journey. Start with whichever pillar calls to you.

How much time does it take each day?

Most practices take 5 to 15 minutes. The sadhanas take 20 to 30 minutes a day.

Do I need to buy expensive items?

No. A yantra print, a copper lota, a mala and a cushion.

I already own one of these books. Can I still get the bundle?

Yes. If you bought one book, the thank-you page after checkout offers the other two for ₹450, so you never pay twice for the same book.

What language is it in?

Clear, simple English. Every mantra is written in easy-to-read transliteration with a pronunciation guide, so you can chant it with confidence.

How do I get the books after I pay?

Instantly. You'll get a download link on the thank-you page and by email. The PDF works on your phone, tablet or computer, and the tracker pages are ready to print.
