Our products are digital ebooks (PDF files) delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, please read the product page carefully before you buy.
Refunds
All sales of delivered digital products are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will, however, give a full refund in these cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment taken, order not created: money left your account but no order or download was generated.
- Delivery failure: you could not access or download your ebook, or the file is damaged, and we are unable to fix the problem within 72 hours of you contacting us.
- Wrong product: the file delivered does not match the product you paid for, and we cannot send the correct one.
How to request a refund
Email support@indianoccultlibrary.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Cancellations
Because ebooks are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If a payment fails or is left pending, no order is placed and any amount debited is reversed automatically by your bank or by Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
A note on results
Our books share traditional spiritual practices for educational and devotional purposes. We do not promise any particular outcome, so results experienced, or not experienced, from a practice are not grounds for a refund.
