These Terms govern your use of indianoccultlibrary.com and any purchase from Indian Occult Library, a brand operated by Das Trading Corp. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy from this site.
2. Our products
We sell digital ebooks in PDF format. No physical product is shipped. Each product page describes what is included, its length and its format.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. If you pay from outside India, your bank or card provider may convert the amount into your currency and may charge its own fees. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
4. Delivery
Download links are shown immediately after payment and sent to your email. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
5. Your licence to use our ebooks
When you buy an ebook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute or publish it, in whole or in part, or use it to create a competing product. All content, designs and artwork remain the intellectual property of Das Trading Corp.
6. Nature of our content
Our books present traditional Indian rituals, mantras and practices for spiritual, cultural and educational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or astrological advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result. None of our books teach practices intended to harm, bind or control another person. Please follow all fire and safety precautions described in the books.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India where Das Trading Corp has its principal place of business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
